About ADAMS VINYASA classes

Adam’s creatively sequenced classes feature long holds, controlled yet dynamic movements, intelligent alignment, anatomical precision and a focus on integrity, over depth, in postures. They’re also dogma free!  Each week Adam builds a new sequence with a particular anatomical theme, so prepare to be kept on your toes and you explore mobility, flexibility and strength. Every asana and variation has a rationale in the the context of each sequence, so feel free to ask Adam ‘why?’

Adam seeks to remind all that an asana practice is a very subjective experience, and whether you are a yoga teacher or a yoga newbie, prepare to work hard as they’ll be plenty of options to challenge all.

about the teachers practice

A weekly live teacher’s practice—a space designed specifically for those looking to refine their skills, deepen their understanding, and connect with like-minded peers. (experienced non-teachers welcome)

Here’s what to expect:

  • Assumed Experience: This won’t be your typical open vinyasa class. Expect more complex asana variations, nuanced anatomical insights, and an approach that builds on your existing knowledge.

  • Workshop-Style Exploration: Adam will incorporate elements of a workshop—longer introductions, peak pose breakdowns, and skill drills you wouldn’t usually get in a regular flow class. It’s about going beyond just "doing" the practice and really understanding it.

  • Community Connection: The live session room will open early so we can gather, chat, and foster a real sense of community. Stick around afterward for a Q&A—your chance to ask about sequencing, anatomy, or anything else that comes up in practice.

If you’re looking for a space to challenge yourself, refine your teaching, and connect with others on the same path, this is for you.. even if you're not a teacher. See you on the mat!
